Plotting? Plotting!

Wasn't sure about the best way to get this out, but with the new plot on the way, I wanted to check if Legendia house will be sticking together.

I went ahead and snagged house 23 on the housing Gdoc. We can also plot here as necessary.

Walter will go straight into taking up the Provider role and start finding ways to hunt and fish once they're set up. Hurray outdoor survival skills!

Grune is, unsurprisingly, 100% in favour of sticking together. She could probably manage the whole Gatherer thing to compliment Walter's Hunter thing, but she'd have to be supervised. :|b

Fenimore is also behind this sticking together plan. She already needs to keep a hold on Sophie and probably Grune, anyway, and while she doesn't put Walter in the same "needs to be looked after" category in her head, she will be grateful to have him around. She could technically help out with the whole provider thing, between things she's learned in Luceti and back home, but I suspect with Walter handling that she will gravitate towards keeping those home fires burning, especially since Sophie's not going to have school to occupy her. She can make use of the survival skills in determining which of Grune's mushrooms to discard. =P

I've toyed with the idea of Legendiahouse having to put up with sharing with another household with the reduced housing and all, but that might be just an entertaining thought since I haven't been able to think of what would be a good matchup that isn't too big of a group. (I had thought about the possibility of suggesting sharing with the senshihouse, since Rei and Fenimore are going out, but that would be eight people trying to fit in a four-bedroom house. Which makes it an even funnier hypothetical for me to laugh to myself over, but in practice just sticking with the Legendia group is better.)

Actually, would you be okay if I suggested a different house? I had mentioned the "sharing houses" thing from the parentheses of the last comment I made here to Rei's player. I still think that it's probably too much bother to do the whole eight-people-four-bedrooms thing when it's just for the sake of the ship I'm playing in (and I try to remain cognisant of the dangers of becoming too ship-focused so I prefer to avoid calling too much attention to it), but it led to a conversation where we thought Fenimore and Rei might be inclined towards having sleepovers or whatnot (the event is going to be a bit hard on Rei due to canon views on time travel and the power cap). So I thought it might be less of a bother if we just moved Legendiacrew to a nearby house, like say House 2, 6, or 7 (which have the benefit of being close to Rei's house without being lived in either in present day or the google doc).

No worries if that's not convenient for you -- I can certainly work around it otherwise but I thought it worth checking.

I have no problem with another house. I only chose that particular one because it would fit everyone and it was in the same general area.

ICly, I imagine Walter would roll his eyes at Fenimore if she explained that Rei was her reasoning for wanting to live up there.

Perhaps House 2, then? It only has 3 bedrooms, but they can probably make that work. Houses 6 or 7 have more bedrooms, but I figure that it's better to leave the bigger houses for bigger groups -- though house 6 would have the same layout as home.

ICly, Fenimore would probably try to conceal her reason for suggesting living in that end of town by not explaining her reasoning, but if pressed she would admit it and glare at the eyeroll. Just because you haven't worked things out with any of your love interests since you got here doesn't mean you should eyeroll at her!!

House 2 looks fine to me. They can fight over who has access to the bedroom closest to the front door. Hahaha!

He can totally eyeroll at her because wow you're smitten, Fenimore!!

Haha, well, if Fenimore has any say in it, it will be "someone who is not Sophie."
